Disclaimer: I do not own any of the characters mentioned in this fic but I did create Rafieo's name and expanded on his personality.

#01 – Ring

            Even though his wasn’t as expensive as the one that Raph bought for Leo was, Mikey still thought his ring sparkled the brightest.

 

#02 – Hero

            Rafieo’s favorite hero was Superman and he was always sure that Mikey’s was Silver Sentry, until the night Mikey told him, “You’re my hero.”

 

#03 – Memory

            Rafieo will never forget the look on Mikey’s face or how happy he sounded saying, “You remembered,” when he presented him the Justice Force comic book dated on their anniversary; it was the greatest gift he could ever get him.

 

#04 – Box

            Mikey stared at Rafieo in the box fort when he replied, “I’m a box turtle,” then fell to the floor, shaking with his laughter.

 

#05 – Run

            “I was just trying to help them,” Rafieo sniffled, wiping his eyes, “Like you do; they never run like that when you save them.”

 

#06 – Hurricane

            “Relax, we’ve faced worse than a little bad weather,” Mikey didn’t even bother looking up from his game even while Rafieo continued to pace the room.

 

#07 – Wings

            Rafieo swore that when he watched Mikey go out on patrol with his brothers, his orange angel flew from one rooftop to the other and revealed the wings he hid from the rest of them.

 

#08 – Cold

            “Donnie did tell you to bundle up,” Rafieo scolded even as he wrapped his arms around Mikey to help heat him up; he didn’t mind when Mikey sloshed some of the scolding chicken noodle soup onto his arm.

 

#09 – Red

            “I just got so mad at him,” Mikey admitted, slightly shocked, “I think I actually saw red like you do.”

 

#10 – Drink

            It was the last Mountain Dew and he knew that they weren’t going shopping for another three days, but he still gave it to his orange clad turtle, even though Mikey didn’t fall from the sugar rush until three in the morning.

 

#11 – Midnight

            Mikey churred as Rafieo continued to lap at his neck and slowly make his way down, “This isn’t the midnight snack I had in mind, but I’m not complaining.”

 

#12 – Temptation

            Sometimes, Rafieo had to sit on his hands to stop himself from dragging Mikey away from everyone else and into the bedroom; other times, the gang simply wished them a happy night as Mikey grinned in his arms.

 

#13 – View

            Mikey bent over at his hips, slowly grabbing his mask off of the floor, and grinned, flicking his tail in the air, “Like what you see?”

 

#14 – Music

            Rafieo gritted his teeth until Mikey finally pressed pause, “You know, just because you love me, it doesn’t mean you have to pretend to love my music as well.”

 

#15 – Silk

            Mikey frowned as he looked at their bed, “Do you think Donnie would order silk sheets for us?”

 

#16 – Cover

            Mikey grinned as he pressed closer to Rafieo; he was still getting a little wet from the rain, but it was somehow better than an umbrella.

 

#17 – Promise

            “I will always love you,” Rafieo knew that was one promise he was going to keep.

 

#18 – Dream

            “It seriously felt real,” Mikey insisted as Rafieo just continued to grin and pulled the warm covers tighter around them; he loved it when Mikey shared his dreams and stayed in bed longer with him, even if it meant Leo banging on their door and complaining about being late for practice.

 

#19 – Candle

            “All this candlelight is almost romantic,” Mikey commented as the rest of the room glared at him, even in the dark; blowing a fuse was unforgivable no matter the result.

 

#20 – Talent

             Rafieo rubbed his neck, “Well, Mikey, you can’t be talented in everything.”

 

#21 – Silence

            Rafieo could always tell when Mikey had a nightmare due to the deafening silence coming from the kitchen at breakfast.

 

#22 – Journey

            “I told you it wouldn’t be far,” Mikey grinned even as Rafieo collapsed to the ground, panting; hiking was a big no-no from then on.

           

#23 – Fire

            “You know, I think fire also represents a burning desire for a certain, sexy turtle,” Mikey winked, trying to cheer up his lover.

           

#24 – Strength

             It was only when he had to make the decision of either letting Mikey go or continuing to keep him captive that his true strength showed.

 

#25 – Mask

            Rafieo sighed as he stared at his reflection in the mirror, “Mikey, I’m a giant, red turtle; I don’t think my secret identity is really going to be an issue.”

 

#26 – Ice

            Rafieo laughed with the rest of them when Mikey’s tongue got stuck to the pole but later he kissed it all better to make sure all of the ice was melted.

 

#27 – Fall

            He knew that if he ever fell his brothers would catch him but having Rafieo around reassured him that he wouldn’t even fall to begin with.

 

#28 – Forgotten

            “I hope you didn’t think I forgot you, David,” Rafieo smiled sadly as he placed the orange flower on the small, unmarked grave.

 

#29 – Dance

            Mikey placed his hands on his hips, “You can’t, or you won’t?”

 

#30 – Body

            He rubbed against him, moaning, and felt the smaller body respond eagerly.

 

#31 – Sacred

            “Now this,” Mikey carefully held up the first edition, still packaged comic, “Is too sacred to read.”

 

#32 – Farewells

            He knew that Mikey was worried about having to say goodbye but Rafieo decided that even time wouldn’t keep him from his orange angel.

 

#33 – World

            “You’re my world,” Rafieo admitted even as he continued to yell in anger, “You’re my everything; don’t you know this yet?”

 

#34 – Formal

            Mikey remembered that the formal way to leave the dojo wasn’t by bounding out and jumping directly into Rafieo’s arms; but he did it anyway.

 

#35 – Fever

            Rafieo walked into the lair and promptly walked right back out before Mikey’s cry of, “I’ve got dance fever,” even reached him; medallions, sunglasses, and white jackets do not go well with mutated turtles.

 

#36 – Laugh

            Whenever Mikey heard the low, deep sound of Rafieo’s laugh it automatically brightened his day.

 

#37 – Lies

            “You should have told me,” Rafieo insisted as he left, ignoring Mikey’s cries to come back and that it would never happen again; he made himself continue walking; liars couldn’t be trusted.

 

#38 – Forever

            “I told you,” Rafieo nuzzled Mikey’s neck and wiped his tears away, “I’m gonna love you forever; no matter what.”

 

#39 – Overwhelmed

            Rafieo feared the day that his anger would overwhelm him so much that he would never see clearly again.

 

#40 – Whisper

            Mikey opened his eyes as he watched Rafieo stand in the doorway, whispering a sweet, “I love you,” and leaving.

 

#41 – Wait

            Rafieo paced in front of the door and growled, “That’s it, Mikey; we’ve waited long enough now get outta the bathroom already!”

 

#42 – Talk

            “You know,” Rafieo realized after many happy years later, “We never did have that talk after our…first time.”

 

#43 – Search

             “I’m gonna find you,” Rafieo called out as Mikey giggled under the covers; truthfully, he wasn’t hiding too hard.

 

#44 – Hope

            “We’ll find him,” Leo placed his hand on Rafieo’s shoulder, “You just got to believe that Mikey knows to take care of himself until we do.”

 

#45 – Eclipse

            “Turn around bright eyes,” Mikey continued to serenade, even as Rafieo grimaced and the others ran from the sewer, covering their ears and screaming in under exaggerated pain.

 

#46 – Gravity

            Mikey had spent too many nights trying to argue with Donnie when he finally just shouted, “I meant gravity feels like it’s not affecting me when I’m with Rafieo; I know that it always is but I was just trying to be romantic in a metaphoric way!”

 

#47 – Highway

            “You’re his clone,” Mikey reminded as they pulled off of the highway and back into the city, “Raph won’t mind if you borrowed the Shell Cycle; just don’t tell him it was my idea.”

 

#48 – Unknown

            Rafieo and Mikey grimaced as their daughter finally asked what she was supposed to be called, coming from a teenaged mutant ninja turtle and a clone mutant ninja-in-training turtle.

 

#49 – Lock

            “I think it’s locked,” Mikey called through the door as he smiled, “You’d better go get Don or else Rafieo and I are just going to be stuck in this little room together all day; no hurry, Leo!”

 

#50 – Breathe

            Mikey woke up panicked but when he found that he was in bed with Rafieo, and that it had all just been a horrible dream, he watched his lover with a smile on his face and simply breathed.

I think 35 killed me. It really did. I also liked how you hit us with 37 before giving us 38 - that kinda contrast and irony makes them hit hard. I loved it!

Actually, number 37 is just a teaser for another story that I'm planning. But that story is going to be epically long, like NANO long. So you won't be getting it soon sadly 'cause I want to finish other stuff first.

I am doing a TMNT based NaNo this year but I'm not sure if it's going to be the one I mentioned or another one that I've been planning. Still, I'd figure that the first chapter you can look forward to would be done maybe a week after I finish my current series.

Yeah Mike. Suuuuuuurrree...Can't believe anyone would fall for that. 'Fever' was hilarious, and sooo Mikey. And 'Fall' was too sweet for words. Had to crack up on 'Box'. I want a pic of that...curse my lack of drawing skills!

And dang you, I have a new pairing to add to my list. *sigh* I think I just need to declare myself a fan of any TMNT pairing not involving Splinter or the Ancient One and be done with it, cause the list is getting loooooooooooong....

I've figured that out long ago! This entire fandom is my favorite pairing, pretty much.
