There was a world with no government, no real laws. There were only gangsters and the rules they set up. The authority they had matched the money and power that they held over others. The bank worked alongside them, since many banks also ruled over people and didn’t attempt to go against the gangsters since they barely matched their money, let alone their power. They worked the other people and set their lives in poverty.
Most gangsters ran by a two simple rules; don’t try to go against whatever they say and pay them a certain amount each month. They set an amount that was due from each family calculated by the members of the household and their age. It meant they were able to keep an eye on the population and make sure there weren’t enough people to try and ever fight them.
The most nefarious gangster in the land of New York was a blue skinned turtle by the name of Leon. He ruled with a fist full of cash with his two trusted goons, a red skinned bodyguard and fist pounder named Rafieo, and a smooth talking, quick witted purple toned turtle named Donald. Together, the three ruled over the tough town of Manhattan and all the areas around it. Including a small little farm on the outskirts of town where four young turtle boys were once taken in by a kindly old rat farmer.
The rat had a gentle touch on the boys and the land, growing wondrous food and making the small farm prosperous enough to not call negative attention onto them. Unfortunately, the old rat passed, taking his skill with the land with him. The four turtles tried to take after their adopted father, working on the land with all of their strength, pouring their souls into the small plants that would grow, but to no avail.
The farm fell apart and the turtle boys grew desperate to keep the farm from the demanding bank’s monthly dues. The bank took their hard earned money each month and gave to the gangsters to keep the gangsters away from the turtles. But the poor boys were unable to pay the bank, for three months. They were due for a visit from a few gangsters.

Hehehe, yay!~ I so made you a Rafieo fan, which I'm thrilled about! I'm so happy you liked Rafieo in this fic because I did make him a bit of a sex fiend. XD I know he'll apreciate the good shivers. ;)

When I re-watch the episodes I get glomped by plot bunnies mostly for character studies. Also, I seriously squeal when Mikey calls Rafieo pretty, even though he's being sarcastic. I just grin and giggle and say, "Oh, Mikey, you just made Rafieo fall in love with you!~" to my television. <3 Plus, I get to notice when Michael is totally watching Leon. ((He's such a stalker I love it))
